Thanks for the feedback. :) This is my first attempt at taking video. I used my laptop webcam. I will try next time to get my laptop to eye level. It is even with the oche, I'll see if I can get it to pan out, but I'm not sure. There is definitely some room for improvement on the video front. Thanks again. :)

Hi, Mason , may i recommend a couple things . uno . raise the Camera to EYE level , # dos , place it even with the OCHE ,
#3 take black tape or some kind of marking thing, and put a reference point on the white wall , # 4 widen the shot if you can .
Now you can see your movements , and the irregularities in your stance and release .. ( watch your head ) .
